Breakfast is good with variety choices and good environment/next to golf course. Pool have 3 pools with different depths and it is good for children with different age. Room/Apartment inside is clean. master bedroom with bathtub, having big refrigerator, water dispenser/coway & washer/dryer aside basic equipment like tv, wifi, sofa, dining table and pantry. The apartment has kitchen stove but without any cooking utensils. You have to bring your own.

The area outside the room was filled with pigeon droppings until it smelled inside the room while the balcony could not be used because the cleanliness level was dirty and smelly. Aside, I've book for chalet with 2 room but I got is actually apartment with 2 room which is different from the message i got (landed chalet) and the surroundings got a lot of pigeon. However the golf course view from level 14 is amazing.

Not well maintained. Floor was super dusty, there was a cockroach running around. Parking was far-away from lobby and the walkway from parking to lobby was dark and not well lit. Staff took a long time to come and clean the unit.

Room is consider big for 2 at that price.

Everything was ok as it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioners are fully working.Thank you.

However, the issues are, the internet and tv were not working. Another problem is the glass wall of the bathroom in the master bedroom was not covered with curtain or proper blind. So it was visible from the outside. this is totally not proper.

I firmly believe that Booking.com must visit and inspect the hotel before you place it in your portfolios and recommend to your clients who expect nothing less than value for money.This property should never be in Booking.com, not when you put in beautiful photos and they are deceiving in reality.Please, take it out of your portfolios and tell the property that Booking.com will place the property in it’s portfolios once the property meets the necessary requirements.

No WiFi the contractors were still working on it when we arrived to the room and even after they said done fixing, WiFi not stable

1, No WiFi the contractors were still working on it when we arrived to the room and even after they said done fixing, WiFi not stable.2, the room door key not working and cannot contact the lobby by phone. walked few times to lobby to tell them about the key cause the first time they say th have fixed it but it was not. Finally the card key was fault and gave us another key.

Fast checking in and front desk very friendly.

The unit's maintenance is poor—bathroom, toilet, carpet, sofa, kitchen sink, and water supply are not well-kept. The swimming pool water is unclean and not properly maintained. The water from the dispenser tastes weird.

Place quite far,to be compared with Purest and Park Ave.

Room spacios but need to add on light cz too dark during the evening and night,midnight idk how suddenly -power shortage and there is no any water need to wait till 7am plus ,too long when i call recep said its on tnb issues and nt them,just nt my kinda place to stay or sleep sorry

Strategic location and easy access from the exit highway and near to city centre

Room is far from the main facilities such as lobby, cafe, swimming pool and so on. The furnitures very old. The noise came from the renovation works beside of our room was really disturbing and we were not comfortable at all along the stay. Lastly, the room was not similar to the one displayed on the booking site.

Food is ok.

Nasi dagang was uncooked well. Saw One cleaner use the same cloth to clean the table and the floor. A rat carcas found near swimming pool

A bit old, which can be improved better despite our unit is a renovated unit Upon check out the front desk staff was not alert at all, called for assistance to check out but no one answered the call, prompted to make payment however front desk staff assumed payment was fully paid. Was in a rush to airport and this causes my delay to catch my flight

The breakfast selection is good.

We booked four apartment units under different booking no.s . We payed the same price for each apartment but the rooms are not equally sized. Got downsized to two bedrooms unit (received two mattresses as a compensation but couldnt get two extra towels)

The location is strategic

The cleanliness, the toilet smells and there are cockroach almost everywhere. Old furnitures

The room is spacious

1.The toilet pipe is slightly leaking, so the water pressure isn’t very strong.2.The room access card is very sensitive; if kept in a bag, it becomes unusable, and you have to call for service to unlock the door.3.The TV display is not clear, and there are limited channels available.

My booking was upgraded to 3 rooms apartment. Spacious unit.

The lobby was dark. Cause difficulty to my aged parents. Should have the lights on at that area.

Suitable for family ,comfy bed and spacious apartment. So far ?

The bed really really really comfy, spacious room and balcony. Delicious & a lot variant of breakfast, clean and spacious swimming pool. Really good & friendly staff at the reception and shuttle.Superb resort environment for vacation. There is a lot of option to eat outside the resort to, ATM & gas also near.

The only downside:1. is the room not elder/oku/luggage friendly. Stairs is the only way in/out for some room.2. Seen some lizards at bed frame n toilet when first checked in.3. Big Heineken' sign at the entrance lobby makes my family wonder does this resort serves halal certified or not..
